Ahmedabad Blast : Muhahideen of India

Wikipedia defines the word Mujahid as: “A Mujahid (Arabic مجاهد, muǧāhid, literally “struggler”) is a Muslim involved in a jihad, id est fighting in a war or involved in any other struggle.[1] The plural is MujahideenArabic: مجاهدين, (muǧāhidīn). The word is from the same Arabic triliteral as jihad (”struggle”). In Islamic scripture, the mujahid contrasts with the qaid, one who does not join the jihad.”
Where is the Islam or Jihad in such acts of cowardice when civilians are killed? I myself do not see a Mujahid to be doing this … but muslims who are led astry by the devil himself. Muslims who ear and see evil. Muslims who are muslim by name but physically/mentally/ spiritually, a fitna !

Suicide Bombers : Loss of Innocence

When we hear about suicide attacks carried out inside Afghanistan, we ask ourselves, what kind/type of animals would commit such an act. What sort of a mentality do they possess?
Imagine your mom/dad/sister or brother standing by a bus stop, or perhaps buying vegetables for supper or may be on his/her way to school, work or.. and you hear that their head and limbs have been recovered miles away on a roof top and their charred torso lying on the pavement. What would you feel? Can you describe the agony? Can you describe the pain that you and me would feel and go through? Even such a thought gives us goose bumps.
Following is an image posted on one of the Afghan Blogs ‘Rejuvenation of an Afghan Soul‘ . The blogger himself missed it by mere 2 seconds.
THE VICTIM
Images such as this, convince us that culprit must be a metamorphosed quasi-human, pseudo-animal entity from a Sulman Rushdie book. An individual driven with so much hatred and anger. Which brings us to the point … Lets see the Culprit.
THE CULPRIT
What??????? Do you see what I see? I see innocence in those eyes. I see a future in those eyes. I see a family in those eyes. I see a longing , a mom, a dad, a home, a shelter in those eyes.
These images, paint a clear picture that in Afghanistan, a lot of the culprits are victims themselves. Innocents are being used to kill yet another innocent. They are being brain washed, coaxed, vexed under all sorts of pretexes to maim and injure another human being. I can go on and on… but the gest of the matter is, ‘innocence’ gets plundered, raped by self proclaimed ideologists, and it simply leaves many homes in ever lasting anguish and perpetual mental destitute.

Clean Up Kabul !

A non-government body Commission Serving Kabul Citizens called upon Kabul residents on Wednesday to collectively sweep up the garbage and keep the war-torn Afghan capital clean.
The date to make the city clean collectively has been set on July 25 and in accordance with the program, all the residents of Kabul and government employee with the support of government bodies would come out from their houses and clean up all garbage and wasted items from each corners and streets.
“I am calling on all residents of Kabul to attend the collective work for the cleaning of Kabul on Friday (July 25) and promote the culture of beauty and cleansing,” head of the commission Habibrahman Habib told newsmen at a press conference attended by several ministers and UN officials.
Habib said that thousands of people from all walks of life would participate the collective work from 06:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. local time.
With nearly 5 million populations the war-torn Kabul is one of the most polluted capitals of the world as according to officials of the Environment Directorate, around 400,000 tons of wasted items and garbage produced annually in this war-ravaged city.
Battered streets, using more than 300,000 second hand cars, poor civic amenities and utilizing generators by house owners to light their homes have further contributed to polluting the environment in Afghan capital.

Diners have been flocking to a restaurant in northern Nigeria to see pieces of meat which the owner says are inscribed with the name of Allah.
What looks like the Arabic word for God and the name of the prophet Muhammad were discovered in pieces of beef by a diner in Birnin Kebbi.
He was about to eat it, when he suddenly noticed the words in the gristle, the restaurant owner said.
A search of the kitchen’s meat revealed three more pieces which bore the names.
The meat was boiled and then fried before being served, owner Kabiru Haliru told newspaper Weekly Trust.
“When the writings were discovered there were some Islamic scholars who come and eat here and they all commented that it was a sign to show that Islam is the only true religion for mankind,” he said.
The restaurant has kept the pieces of meat for visitors to see.
Thousands of people have already gone to the restaurant to see them since they were discovered last week.
A vet told the newspaper the words “defied scientific explanation”.
“Supposing only one piece of meat was found then it would be suspicious, but given the circumstances there is no explanation,” Dr Yakubu Dominic said.

The world premiere of his feature film “Dissonance” will be in Los Angeles, Friday August 1st.. In addition, it will be screening at the AMC downtown Disneyland August 13th.
I hope you can come out and support this Afghan filmmaker who has traveled all the way to California from Kandahar. It has taken him close to four years to complete the film from script to silver screen.

Barak Obama is in Kabul (July 19th 2008) on a tour to visit Afghan president Hamid Karzai. Aside from meeting Afghan officials, Mr. Obama is expected to meet with the head of the American military commanders and the ISAF commanders and assess the situation on the ground. When asked by reports what message he is bringing to Afghansitan, he said ” I am here to listen to the Afghan people as well as our American troops fighting the war on terrorism“. Barak Obama is often critized for his soft foriegn policy and this is regarded as a soft spot by a lot of ‘red necks’ who may go ahead and vote for republican monkey, John McCain.
Barak Obama is scheduled to meet with the head of states in Iraq, Jordan, Israel, Germany and France by the end of his tour.

The Pashtuns are a predominantly Muslim people, native to Afghanistan and Pakistan, who adhere to their pre-Islamic indigenous religious code of honour and culture Pashtunwali. They traditionally claim descent from the Lost Tribes. The Yousafzai (Yusafzai) are a large group of Pashtun tribes. Their name means “Sons of Joseph”.[7] There are also similar names in other areas in the region, such as the disputed land of Kashmir. There are a variety of cultural and ethnic similarities between Jews and Pashtuns.[8]
The Pashtun people have many customs similar to Judaism. Some examples are: they do not shave their sidelocks (peot), in accordance with the Torah command, “Don’t shave the sides of your head,” (Leviticus 19). They observe Saturday as a day of rest, and light candles on Friday, which some then cover with a basket perhaps a custom originally intended to hide one’s Jewishness. They wear a four-cornered garment, to which some attach fringes on the corners. Some pray facing Jerusalem. Also, the Star of David symbol is prevalent in many Pathani homes.[9] A visit by a Western journalist in 2007 revealed that many currently active Pashtun traditions may have parallels with Jewish traditions.[10] The code of Pashtunwali is strikingly similar in content and subject matter to the Mosaic law.

A. Homaira graduated from a prestige unversity (GMU) with a BA, and she made more than $100 thousand a year. On the other hand, Ehsan Amin, AKA, AJmal, worked at a local afg resturant, then later on he got a job at some local dealership. He barely made $40 thousand a year, Homaira’s purse only cost $2000, and as many of you may know, she never wore the same outfit again, how in the world did she use him with his poor salary? unlesss he had another part time job at some local whore-house that we are not aware of! Matter of fact, he was using her, she was a well-educated beautiful, popular, stylish, and on top of all that, she was well known in the community, she had alot of connections, and Ehsan (ajmal) was using her to get all the legal rights in America since he was illegal and a criminal who has previously killed someone in the neatherlands!.
B. Most of you said that she went clubbing that particular night and was later on found with a mini skirt, really? so if you are that damn sure, then you must ‘v seen her, but hey asshole what were you doing at the club? oops, i forgot that you are an afghan and you happen to have a penis, gee that gives you special previliges, damn you must be special, you are so cool clubbing on a thursday night, asshole!!!
C. many of you said, she drank, partied, and so fort, whats sad, is that no one mentiond her wonderful contributions to the society, what about her accomplishments, she was supporting an orphan kid in afghanistan , what about that huh? she dedicated so much of her time to the afghan community, helping the poor, putting event together. wow, homy you were just too good for this nasty world!
D. Many of you said, she dressed like a slut? hey hey assholes, atleast she did it in the open, she wasnt like one of these typical afghan whores, who wear hijabs, and once they leave their homes, woaaa what a slut vile…they change in the bus or university bathrooms, and just so you know, Homy dressed classy, not slutty, there is a difference between the two, but then again, i am talking to a bunch of FOBS and oppressed people, how would you know.
E. For the religious extremists and radicals, if you really hate the western culture and life-style, then hey assholes, what are you doing here, you are living in the west, enjoying the luxury and yet you hate the west, HYPORCRITES, go back to Pakistant!!!
F. most of you said, she dated guys, why not? she had every single right to do so, she wasnt a 16 years old. she was a 25 years old who had a degreee and was an established woman, whats wrong with talking to a guy? this is not afghanistan, you dont just get married to people that you ur oppressed parents set you up to, you talk to the guy and get to know him, Homy did the same thing, however, she realized that he didnt have the potential of being a good husband, so she wanted to stop talking to him, however her life was taken away, way to go afghans!!!!!!

THE Attorney-general Abdul Jabbar Sabit has been removed from his post after two years as the country’s most senior prosecutor.
President Karzai said on Wednesday that he has made the decision after Sabit signalled his desire to run for president at the next elections.
“Sabit’s announcement that he will run for president is against the attorney-general’s code of conduct. So the announcement means that he has resigned and the president has approved this,” a statement released by the presidential office said.
Karzai informed Sabit of his decision on Wednesday morning, the statement read.
Under the constitution, the president has the power to dismiss prosecutors if they become a member of a political party during their time in office.
In an interview with an Afghan news agency on Tuesday, Sabit said he planned to run in next year’s presidential elections.
“I am not interested in the post of president: I only want to serve my nation and this is a very effective means through which I can serve Afghans,” Sabit told Pajhwok.
Sabit cut a controversial figure during his two years as attorney-general.
The privately owned Tolo TV station accused him of masterminding a raid on its offices in Kabul last year after the station recorded an interview portraying Sabit in a negative light.
Seven journalists, including four from the foreign Associated Press news agency, were arrested in the raid.
Some criticise Sabit for failing to keep his promise of a crack-down on corruption.
Others say he let former militia commander General Dostum off the hook. Dostum was alleged to have kidnapped and beaten up his former campaign manager and Sabit promised to carry out a thorough investigation into the allegations.
But, despite threatening to arrest Dostum, the matter was pushed under the carpet and forgotten.
