Saeid Ansari - Afghan Model and Founder of Mystical Studios

Editor’s Note: At a local Starbucks coffee shop, we run into a young Afghan entreprenuer, who has single handedly changed a local company (Mystical Studios) into a Media Design and Production moghul. Mystical studios started as a brainchild project in 2006 and is now known internationally for their creative art designs.
Altough our tea was running cold, we couldn’t halt our conversation, which mostly revolved around Saeid jan’s new venture - Modelling. Having excelled in academia and business, he now has his sight on joining New Yorks highest fashion conglomerates as a very successful Model.
It is important to mention that amongst many qualities, one in particular shines in Saeid jan, and that is …he is the man of his words. He has never failed any artist, any project and has always delivered them in a timely fashion. Working tirelessly, he has our respect and we wish Saeid Ansari all the best wishes.
Following is a brief conversation with this talented young man:
Q: What is your academic background?
I EARNED MY UNDERGRAD DEGREE IN DESIGN AND VISUALIZATION, ALSO ATTENDING GRAD SCHOOL FOR MY MASTERS IN FINE ARTS AT THE ACADEMY OF ARTS UNIVERSITY FALL OF 08.
Q:When did you start mystical studios?
I STARTED MYSTICAL STUDIO FALL OF 06. MYSTICAL STUDIO IS A DESIGN FIRM. WE SPECIALIZE IN GRAPHICS-WEB DEVELOPMENT MULTIMEDIA AND PHOTOGRAPHY.
Q: What artists have you worked with?
A: I HAVE WORKED WITH JAGIITH SINGH, HOMAYOUN SAKHI. USTAD ELTAF HUSSAIN, USTAD KHALIL GUDAZ. FARDEEN NAWAZ, MUSTAFA JALALI, TIMOR JALALI, SEDDIQ YAKUB. TAHER SCHABAB, RAMEEN AND OMAR SHARIF, HAIDER SALIM, SALMA , NAJIM, AND MUCH MUCH MORE.
Q: What are your future goals?
A: MY GOALS ARE TO EARN MY MFA IN GRAD SCHOOL AND ALSO BUILT MYSTICAL STUDIO TO ITS HIGHEST PEAK.
Q: How/when did you decide to pursue modelling?
I GOT STOPPED BY A AGENCY PHOTOGRHER NAME STEVN DELOZADA, HE ASKED ME STOP BY THE COMPANY FOR A PHOTOSHOOT. THAT’S HOW I STARTED MODELING.. I HAVE BEEN A PRINT MODEL FOR 3 YEARS NOW.

Mystical Studio is amazing! They have done all of our flyers from West Hollywood Film Festival to our Launch of SuLo in San Francisco. Saeid Ansari-there is so much to his character and personality. As the founder of Mystical Studio, he has achieved so much in just a few years time, taking Afghan professionalism to the next level. Working with all kinds of clients, top ones and upcoming ones, he treats every client with the utmost respect and professionalism, making sure they are100% happy with his work. As a person he is very rare and unique. In my opinion Saeid is someone we can truly learn a lot from. Kindness, love and respect is what he lives by, giving off positive energy to all who know Saeid. Saeid Ansari has been a big part in my fashion career. Saeid made my first flyer for my Launch of SuLo in San Francisco. Since then he has been doing all of my graphic designs and promotions. I am so honored to have him apart of my career.

Saeid Ansari is not only very talented in his art work, but also a very caring person. Saeid will never turn down a friend in need or his people. Saeid does all the art work for marketing/advertising for all of Afghan Youth Education Organization’s (non-profit organization) fundraisers.
